He can’t claim self defense if he:
1) Brought a weapon to a school track meet (illegal, no weapons allowed at school events) ✅
2) Was banned from the event in the first place but still went anyways ✅
3) Put himself IN the situation – entered a different school’s tent (restricted area) ✅
4) Refused to leave the situation after being asked over a dozen times (situation was avoidable) ✅
5) Challenged someone (“you’ll have to move me” and “touch me and find out” – Anthony) ✅
6) The other party didn’t want conflict (“I’m not going to fight you at a track meet” – Metcalf) ✅
7) Wasn’t presented with a deadly threat (was shoved, not a life-threatening situation; was NOT jumped by 4 people as falsely claimed) ✅
